We bring to your attention our own development of TekhnoMashStroy LLC - grain extruder EGK-30, designed to improve feed, obtain high-quality feed aimed at contributing to an increase in meat productivity and an increase in milk yield.

Grain extruder EGK-30 turns grain into a foamed air mass in the form of small sticks.

The working part of the feed extruder consists of two chambers - in the loading chamber, the raw material is crushed, and in the pressing chamber, the raw material is subjected to heat treatment up to 160-180 degrees under high pressure. Further, the raw material, passing through the holes of the lump extruder, explodes, receiving a water hammer due to a sharp drop in pressure. As a result, the grain foams, increasing several times. Therefore, in order to get enough, the animals need less food in the form of air sticks than in the usual or granular form.
