M91 Mulcher

The M91 mulcher is a lawn mower designed for lawn care. The adapter is compatible with all new and existing Panter FD3eco L352, FD3eco, FD3-500, FD5 and FD52V drive units. The working width of the machine is 91 cm, the external width is 1040 mm.

The main advantages of this mulcher are its light weight, excellent maneuverability and robust construction. The cutting height is determined by two adjustable steel sliders on the sides, on which the cutting mechanism slides, maintaining a straight line when crossing uneven ground and allowing easy direction changes if necessary. The swivel mounts connecting it to the drive unit ensure that the mower follows uneven terrain in a transverse direction. This adapter can be used in areas where there are many obstacles to avoid, it can be easily driven on slopes and can also mow, for example, grass under bushes that can be driven over head. Compared to single-rotor mulchers, it leaves a significantly shorter grass mulch, spread over the area in a clearly visible line. The energy consumption of this machine is lower than that of mulchers with an operating width of 1 meter or more, which is why the M91 allows you to work at higher driving speeds.
The rotor drive with V-belts ensures high durability and very low noise levels. Both rotors with a pair of special blades rotate in the same direction and their maximum speed is 3000 rpm.

The mulcher can be used for regular mowing, where all the grass is left on the stubble. When mowing manicured meadows, a big advantage is that the mulcher is one of the optional attachments, not a one-off machine. Thanks to the combination of regular mowing and mulching, there is no land degradation.
