All separator parts are made of completely harmless food-grade aluminum alloys. The housing of the 60-watt electric motor is made of highly durable, practical plastic. This household appliance is designed to separate whole milk at a temperature of 35–40 degrees Celsius. The cream-to-skim milk ratio is adjustable from 1:4 to 1:10, and the fat content in the skim milk does not exceed 0.05%.
