Delivery to Omniva parcel machine. Delivery to the Omniva parcel terminal is only possible with a prepayment (online by card or bank transfer). When confirming the order, choose the nearest parcel machine. You will receive a parcel opening code in a text message to the specified phone. The shipment is stored in the parcel machine for 7 days. If you do not collect the shipment by the end of the storage period, it will return to Ronda.lv warehouse.

Delivery to DPD PickUp. Delivery to DPD PickUp is only possible with prepayment (online by card or bank transfer). When confirming your order, choose the nearest PickUp point. You will receive an unlock code via text message to the specified phone. After receiving the SMS you have 7 days to pick up your parcel at the selected point. If you do not collect the shipment by the end of the storage period, it will be returned to Ronda.lv warehouse.

Delivery to your desired address by VENIPAK courier. Delivery by courier service is also possible by paying the courier at the moment of receipt of the goods. In order for the courier to deliver the parcel, it is mandatory to add your phone number when placing the order. The courier will contact you as soon as the shipment arrives. If delivery is not possible, the shipment will be resent the next business day.

For bulky goods, shipping costs can be up to 45 €.

CAUTION! Upon receipt of your order confirmation, please carefully check all information. Changing the delivery address / shipping method after the shipment is shipped is a paid service (shipping fee depends on the new shipping method you choose).

If the ordered goods cannot be sent from the warehouse in one shipment, they will be shipped in several shipments, but the postage will be charged only once. By choosing a courier delivery, the goods are delivered only to the building's front door. Therefore, please take care of the delivery of the item (eg delivery to the apartment) yourself.

Important!

* In the case of leasing, the documents may be signed only by the leasing applicant. Please make a copy of your passport to submit to your courier or post office.

* Upon receipt of the item, the buyer is obliged to visually assess the outer packaging of the goods in the presence of the courier in the presence of the courier, whether the packaging or the goods are visually visible. If defects are discovered, the buyer has the right to refuse to accept the product and to inform the seller immediately so that the defective product can be replaced as soon as possible.
