Description

The principle of feed production is the extrusion method. This method has been modernized by installing electric heaters that heat the working part to the desired temperature and maintain it throughout the work. The result is temperature control and the assurance of consistently good performance and end product quality. Also, due to high temperatures, the raw materials undergo heat treatment, which will ensure the disinfection of the product.
The feed extruder comes with several different dies (pillows, hearts, balls ..), which will allow you to give the feed a different shape. Also, due to cutting knives, you can control the size of the final product from 1 to 20 mm. In the equipment there is an automatic adjustment of the feed rate, feed volume, which may change depending on the situation.

Includes three nozzles: circle, heart, triangle.

The productivity of this extruder is up to 200 kg/h.
Power consumption 25 kW.
