Description

With the help of Farmer MB-01, very good quality butter is produced from sour cream or homemade cream separated from whole milk in a short time. Although the oil we offer is called household butter, it is also bought by owners of small farms where dairy cows are kept.

The churn kit includes an electric motor KD-120-4/56R, which has protection against overheating. The speed of its rotor reaches 1380 rpm during operation. This speed drives the poured cream or added cream from the center in a circle through the mixer with great force, driving it into the inner wall of the buttermilk body, thus "beating" the real and good butter. In one filling, the churn holds 6 liters of cream, which our machine turns into excellent rustic butter in 10-15 minutes.
