Description

Pellet granulator Pelletnik-150 is a professional grade granulator that is able to produce pellets from the following types of raw materials:

sawdust, shavings
straw, hay, leaves
sunflower waste
The main criteria for successful granulation is a free-flowing fraction (up to 5 mm) and low humidity (up to 14%).

A pellet granule is a compressed cylindrical unit. All granules have the same shape and composition. The granules are significantly compressed and undergo heat treatment during their production on the Pelletnik-150 granulator, which significantly improves their safety. In addition, after the heat treatment of the feed, the fats that it contains are completely absorbed by the animals, and accordingly this increases the nutritional value of the feed. The diameter of the matrices can be chosen from 2 mm to 8 mm.
